Leela L. Mahon  has been a C.N.A. for 20 years.  I started when I turned 16 years old and have been involved in this line of work ever since.  I have two years college, main classes being Medical Terminology and Interpersonal Communications.  I have 2 years experience as a Unit Secretary in a hospital and 1 year as a PCW Educator, 5 years Book Keeping, Medical Coding, and Medicaid Billing. I also have 1 year as an Office Manager of a Non-medical home health care agency. Currently I am the proud owner of I Wish Home Health Care, a non-medical home care agency serving Bayfield, Douglas, Sawyer, Ashland, Pierce, Polk, and St. Croix counties of Wisconsin.

Scott R. Mahon has mainly been on the selling end through my sub-contracting business. Scott has been in construction for 22 years. He started when he was 14 building houses with local ranchers. He has been a sub-contractor for 6 years doing various jobs for various people. He has experience building handicap accessible equipment, bathrooms, ramps, rooms, and whole houses. He has an Associate's Degree in Automotive Engineering and has had numerous college classes on management of owning his own business. Scott is compassionate, well-educated, and has a great personality for marketing.

 Stephanie Moss has been a C.N.A for over a year.  She has worked in a nursing home and determined home health care was her interest with the one on one care we are able to give to our clients. She has been doing marketing for I Wish.  She has started our newsletter and coordinated a few Grandparent's Celebration Days. Stephanie has shown us that she is a wonderful caregiver and a great asset to our company. She is also going to school to become a Registered Nurse.
